The job interviews phase of the recruitment process is the most boring one, even the fresh young graduates entering Human Resources feel the job interviews the most sexy part of the HR agenda. They can meet interesting people and they can ask questions they want to ask. They feel power on their side. But sooner or later, they will recognize it is extremely hard to turn the job interviews into the real job offers.

The job interviews are pretty easy, but the HR Professional has to understand to the art of turning the successful job interview to the accepted job offer. The job candidates can choose from many job opportunities and your company has to be the winner.

The successful turning of the job interview to the real job offer, which is accepted by the job candidate, is about the honest approach and the explanation of the main job duties and tasks and giving some challenging tasks before the job candidate starts to evaluate the job offer.

The HR Recruiter has to be fair during the job interviews and the description of the job position has to accurate. The best job candidate will recognize, when the job position is not described fairly and the HR Recruiter tries to make the job position look better just for the recruitment purposes.

The accepted job offer is the main result of the recruitment process and HR Recruiter has to learn the secret of turning the job interview into the accepted job offer. The HR Recruiter has to learn the skill of choosing the right job tasks and job responsibilities to speak about to attract the job candidate without telling any small lie.
