Implementing David Ulrich HR Model

without comments

David Ulrich is a true HR Guru. He invented the HR Model, which amazed, inspired and destroyed many HR Managers. The HR Model of David Ulrich looks so simple and so easy to introduce, that many HR Managers stop thinking and they go to implement it.

Generally, the HR Model is not difficult, but this model needs a complete change of thinking in Human Resources. It is harder than you would expect and many organizations fail to introduce this HR Model in a daily business without a chaos in HR Department.

This HR Model is usually implemented as a mixture of the HR Front Office, HR Back Office and HR Centers of Excellence. Turning the communication flows alive needs a lot of pain from the HR Management Team and the internal clients are not that patient.

The internal clients start to contact the HR Back Office and HR Centers of Excellence directly and the HR Front Office is completely upset. As they want to increase their power against the customers and HR Back Office, they start to promise.

The promises kill Human Resources.
