The HR Business Partner is a strategic partner, who share the vision and the strategy. The HR Business Partner shares the responsibility for the business goals and contributes fully to the business results.
The HR Business Partner is not responsible just for hiring of employees, the HR Business Partner is a partner for all the range of business issues.
