Clear Communication about HR Business Partnering with managers

The HR Business Partnering Model has to be clearly communicated and explained to the managers in the organization. They have to understand their own role in the HR Business Partnering concept as their role changes the same way as the HR Role.

The managers have to understand and they can agree their role in the relationship with Human Resources will change. They have to feel comfort and they have to have space enough for the questions. The HR Business Partners have to understand the managers do not like to ask questions showing they do not understand their role clearly. The HR Business Partner has to provide them with many practical examples of the co-operation and how it will look in the future. By examples and telling stories, the managers will feel comfortably and the HR Business Partner can remove the potential risks.

Additionally, when the implementation of the HR Business Partnering will start, the HR has to report the progress and successes as the managers are informed in a detail about the difficulties and what they can expect in the near future.

Each implementation has issues and troubles. HR cannot hide them and the broad cooperation with the managers can save a lot of time. The managers should be updated about the progress and potential changes in the implementation plan.
