Quick solutions and benchmarking in HR Business Partnering Implementation
The HR Team can be inpatient and the team can try to implement the HR Business Partnering concept quickly. Generally, the implementation of the successful and working HR Business Partnering concept can take three years and the HR Team can try to make it quicker. But it is about people, not processes. The HR Team can try to speed up the implementation by using the two approaches – finding the quick solution or using HR Benchmarking.
The HR Benchmarking is about finding the HR Best Practices and wishing, the best practice is universal and can be quickly implemented in a completely different organization, with a different corporate culture and HR Processes. The HR Benchmarking can show the best in class HR Processes, but the transfer can be a really painful experience for all the members of Human Resources.
The HR Best Practice cannot be easily transferred across the organization. It needs to be adapted and it has to fit into the corporate culture, which can be task more difficult than designing and implementing your own concept.
