HR Model

The HR Model is about the best organization of Human Resources to serve its internal and external clients, bringing HR innovations and to add value to the business. The HR Model is usually inspired by David Ulrich, who was the best known person to design HR Models, which can help to improve the services provided by HR.

The HR Model defines the HR roles, HR Responsibilities, HR Jobs and connects all the components together. The HR Model is a nice thing to play with, but the implementation can really hurt the organization.

The HR Model should never be the first thing to change, the implementation of the HR Model can take years before the internal client give better feedback. The HR Model by David Ulrich is not easy to be implemented, but the successful HR Teams usually use the HR Model inspired by his theoretical HR Model.
