Leadership Development

The leaders are extremely important for the success of the organization. The leader forms the organization from the group of members, creates a common vision and sets the highlevel longterm goals for the organization.

The leader also develops the successors as the organization can continue in its mission after the founding leader leaves the organization. It is the main purpose of the leadership development. Human Resources cannot grow the new leader on its own, but it plays a significant role in the process of developing new potential leaders for the organization.

The leadership development is extremely expensive HR Process and the results are not guaranteed. Not just HR is responsible for the leadership development, it shares the responsibility with the top management. As the top management needs new leaders for the organization.
